Sally Kendall graduated in 1992 with a BA (hons) in Art and Related Arts then gained a PGCE in Art and Design. During this time she was selected to feature in a BBC documentary showing the relationship between student and mentor. She has extensive teaching experience in Art, Technology, Drama and Special Educational Needs at Primary and Secondary schools, Pupil Referral Units and in local communities.

After leaving full time teaching she set up Sally Kendall Mosaics in 2000. She has since combined freelancing as an artist with part time teaching. Her lively and enthusiastic personality and excellent organisational skills have enabled her to manage numerous very successful creative projects in schools and communities.
